Murray Dalfen is the Chairman of Dalfen Industrial. Murray has held both the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer position from 1992 through 2022, and together with Sean Dalfen, is responsible for the leadership and oversight of the firm. Under Murray and Sean’s leadership, Dalfen Industrial has successfully managed six real estate funds, which have owned, operated, and developed 44 million square feet of commercial property located in North America. Murray Dalfen began his career at Dalfen’s Limited, a family-apparel retail chain, and in 1992, Murray transitioned the direction of Dalfen’s Limited to focus exclusively on commercial real estate. In 2007, he organized the profitable sale of millions of dollars of commercial property ahead of the Great Recession. Since then, Murray and Sean have transitioned the company to focus exclusively on US Last Mile Industrial property.

Murray is a philanthropist and has also assumed a leadership role in many community organizations. Murray was named one of the winners of Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2017 Quebec.

Sean Dalfen is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Dalfen Industrial and leads the firm’s investment committees and management committees across its platforms. Under Sean’s leadership, Dalfen Industrial’s portfolio has grown to over 50 million square feet of industrial properties from coast to coast, making it one of the nation’s largest owners and developers of industrial real estate and a leader in the last mile sector. Over his career, Sean has transacted on an excess of $10 billion USD. Prior to Dalfen Industrial, Sean worked at NAI Commercial as an Investment Sales Broker where he was one of the company’s Top 10 producers in Canada.

Sean is involved in a variety of philanthropic activities, sits on the boards of multiple charitable organizations and is a frequent speaker and panelist at private equity & commercial real estate industry events. Sean studied Psychology and Finance at Tel Aviv University’s Lowy School and McGill University.

Fred Tkalec is the Chief Financial Officer of Dalfen and will be a member of the Fund V investment committee. He is responsible for overseeing the firm’s accounting, compliance, reporting, and financing operations. He has extensive experience in securing debt and raising equity capital, transacting in the real estate market, investor relations, and risk management. Fred has facilitated in excess of $7 billion of dispositions and financing of acquisitions. Prior to joining Dalfen, Fred was a Senior Manager with Pricewaterhouse Coopers.

Fred earned a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and the Chartered Professional Accountancy Designation (CPA).

Max Gagliardi is Dalfen’s Chief Investment Officer responsible for the firm’s investment strategies. He is also responsible for the strategic and tactical leadership of the firm’s investment portfolios, capital markets, and fund and deal structuring activities. Prior to his current responsibilities, he held senior leadership positions on the firm’s Capital Markets and Investment teams. Since joining Dalfen, he has underwritten, managed, and closed industrial transactions in excess of $7 billion across North America. Prior to joining Dalfen, Max served as a Research Analyst at Otera Capital, the real estate finance arm of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec (CDPQ).

Max earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics and Finance from McGill University and is a CFA charterholder. He is an active member of NAIOP and the Mortgage Bankers Association.

Alex Steele is the Senior Managing Director of Dalfen Industrial and part of the team designing and managing the Dalfen Industrial Open-Ended Fund. He is responsible for building the capital raise, solution development, marketing and operations of the fund. Prior to being with Dalfen Industrial, Alex Steele was the Head of Sales, managing a team that raised over $1 Billion in Private Equity Real Estate. In 2023, the team Alex commanded was number one nationally in Canada.

Alex Steele completed his Executive Masters in Financial Services at the Luxembourg School of Business. Finishing top of his class, he has been granted the first Fellowship for the school.

Shelly Drakes is the Executive Vice President and Head of Property Management at Dalfen. She is responsible for overseeing all property management and asset management initiatives, day-to-day operations of each property, lease negotiations, tenant satisfaction, and vendor management. Prior to joining Dalfen, Shelly handled management and leasing at Prentiss Properties (now PM Realty).

Shelly earned a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from the Florida International University School of Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Anthropology from Rollins College. She is also a member of NAIOP, BOMA and CREW, in addition to being active in several charitable organizations.

Mariam Ghoul is the Managing Director of HR & Operations of Dalfen. She provides recommendations to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training, and development. She also manages resource allocation including liaising with departmental heads to develop , revise and implement operational processes and monitors day to day activities to ensure progress on strategic goals. Prior to her current role, Mariam held different positions with Dalfen, including Real Estate Associate on the Asset Management team and Acquisitions Coordinator.

Mariam earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Mount Saint Vincent University, a Graduate Diploma in Business Management from McGill University.

Joseph Walker is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Dalfen and is responsible for all legal and compliance matters. He has experience in real estate investment management and private equity since 2014. Prior to joining Dalfen, Mr. Walker worked in private legal practice at Ballard Spahr LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he advised private equity fund sponsors and real estate developers. Mr. Walker also served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Bridge Investment Group. In this role, he was responsible for the negotiation of joint venture agreements representing in excess of $1 billion in investor capital and formation of commercial office, seniors housing, and commercial real estate-backed fixed income funds.

Mr. Walker received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Accountancy with an emphasis in Taxation from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University and his Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University.

Michael Cohen is Dalfen Industrial’s Head of Acquisitions and is responsible for capital deployment across the United States. Mike has over 20 years of experience and has completed over $5 billion of industrial and office real estate transactions. Prior to joining Dalfen, Mike was a Senior Vice President of Investments with Liberty Property Trust (NYSE: LPT), where he was responsible for capital deployment throughout the East Coast and management of a 9 million square foot industrial portfolio in New Jersey. Prior to Liberty, Mike worked in finance roles for Toll Brothers, Cushman & Wakefield, and Goldman Sachs.

Mike received his MBA in Real Estate and Finance from The Wharton School and his BA in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences and Economics from Northwestern University.

Richard Weiss is the Regional Senior Vice President for Dalfen Industrial’s West region. He is responsible for the acquisitions, development, and capital deployment strategies as well as oversees the operational aspects in this region. Rich has over 15 years of experience in the industry, most recently serving as a Principal at Investcorp. Rich spent over 8 years at Investcorp and was responsible for the sourcing and closing of transactions in excess of $3.5 billion across various geographies and product types. Prior to Investcorp, Rich spent two years as a Vice President in the Institutional Investment Sales Group of CBRE in New York, NY, and four years at Clarion Partners in Washington, DC and New York, NY.

Rich received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Miami, Florida.

Christine Choi Moore is Dalfen Industrial’s Head of Leasing and is responsible for the oversight of leasing across the United States. Christine has over 18 years of industry experience and has completed over $3 billion of industrial and office leasing transactions throughout her career. Prior to joining Dalfen, Christine was Director of Asset Management, Midwest Region at Manulife Investment Management for nearly ten years.  She was responsible for the development and execution of the regional portfolio strategy, asset initiatives (including the oversight of large-scale capital projects and redevelopments), leasing and overall performance of the Midwest office and industrial portfolio. Prior to Manulife, Christine was Vice President – Industrial Brokerage at Avison Young and worked in corporate marketing at First Industrial Realty Trust.

Christine is active in several industry organizations, including being the Founder, Past President and current Advisory Council member of IWIRE Chicago, the current treasurer and board member of COLBA Chicago, current member and past board officer for the Chicago Chapter of NAIOP, past president of the Chicago Chapter of CSCMP, and a current member of the national IOPC (Industrial and Office Product Council) for ULI. Christine graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University and remains very involved with the university.

Wesley Alderfer is the Property Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s Northeast Region. He is responsible for the oversight of operations and tenant relationships for current properties and those being turned over from development. Most recently, Wesley was the Senior Property Manager for Velocity Venture Partners where he managed over 2 million square feet in Pennsylvania. Wesley has also held positions with Tishman Speyer and Workspace Property Trust.

Wesley graduated from Temple University with a BBA in Real Estate and earned his CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Matt Anderson is a Senior Development Manager for Dalfen Industrial focused on West Coast markets. His responsibilities include site feasibility, due diligence, design, entitlements, and construction management for development projects as well as supporting lease-related Capex and tenant improvements. He brings over 14 years of experience working in the commercial real estate industry where he has led the development of over 4.5 million square feet of industrial, cold storage, office, and retail product types.

Matt earned a B.S. in Construction Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo as well as a Master of Business Administration from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business where he focused on Real Estate and Finance.

Marissa Arrington is the Due Diligence Manager for Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for the oversight of due diligence through the purchase of properties for Dalfen Industrial’s growing portfolio. Prior to joining Dalfen, Marissa was an Asset Manager for DCT Industrial, where she led asset management of over 4.6 million square feet of industrial properties nationally and played a key role in acquisitions and dispositions of class A-C industrial properties.

Marissa earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Elementary Education from University of Colorado at Boulder.

Alek is a Senior Investment Analyst for Dalfen Industrial’s Southeastern U.S. region. He is responsible for assisting in the identification of target properties that meet specific acquisition criteria, assessing critical information related to the sourcing and acquisition of potential investments, underwriting potential and acquired assets, and supporting the due diligence process for assets under contract.

Alek earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a Real Estate Emphasis and Bachelor of Science in Economics from Texas Christian University.

Clifford Banks is an Asset Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s Southeast markets. He is responsible for oversight of leasing, interior construction management, strategic planning, budgeting, property management, and financial analysis for these markets. Prior to joining Dalfen, Clifford was an Assistant Vice President for Link Logistics’ Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team where he was responsible for finance and reporting for one of the company’s three primary business units. He was responsible for delivering KPI insights and commentary to company stakeholders and managing the annual and quarterly budget process for Link’s East region and JV portfolio. Prior to FP&A, Clifford was an Asset Manager for Link and worked on the FP&A team at Global Logistics Properties.

Clifford holds degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Miami University. He is a member of NAIOP Georgia.

John Block is Market Lead for Dalfen Industrial’s Midwest region. He is responsible for deal sourcing and capital deployment strategies in Colorado and the Midwest. John has ten years of commercial real estate experience and most recently was Manager of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Bristol Group, a San Francisco-based real estate development and investment firm. Prior to Bristol Group, John was an Acquisition and Asset Management Associate at Black Creek Group and on Eastdil Secured’s equity sales and debt placement team. Over his career, John has participated in the acquisition and financing of real estate assets totaling over $4 billion.

John received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Jason Bost is an Asset Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s Western U.S. markets. He is responsible for the oversight of property management, leasing, strategic planning, budgeting, and financial analysis for these markets. Jason brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience. Prior to joining Dalfen, Jason was the VP of Asset Management with McWhinney, where he was responsible for the performance of their portfolio of commercial properties. Prior to McWhinney, Jason was a VP at Prologis where he worked on acquisitions and dispositions. During this time, Jason completed over $8 billion in transactions. Prior to Prologis, Jason was a VP of Asset Management at J. Herzog & Sons and a Real Estate Manager at CBRE.

Jason holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado.

Bree Breeden is the Property Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s Central Texas Region. She is responsible for the oversight of operations and tenant relationships for current properties and those being turned over from development. Most recently, Bree was the Portfolio Manager for Virtua Partners where she managed over 2 million square feet across 6 states. Bree has also held positions with JLL and Lincoln Property Company.

Bree graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics.

Corey Brown is a Development Project Manager for Dalfen Industrial. He is responsible for managing the execution of the region’s development functions including due diligence, design, and construction. Prior to joining Dalfen, Corey worked in the polymer industry.

Corey earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Kettering University (formerly General Motors Institute) and a Masters in Business Administration from Michigan State University.

Danila Carlisi is the Controller at Dalfen Industrial. She oversees the accounting and financial reporting of the entire corporate group and has been with the company since 1998. Prior to joining Dalfen, Danila was a senior auditor with a medium-sized professional accounting firm in Montreal, Quebec. Prior to joining Dalfen, Danila was a senior auditor with a medium-sized professional accounting firm in Montreal, Quebec.

Mrs. Carlisi received her accounting designation (CGA) and Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University in 1997 and 1992 respectively.

Peter Cavazos is Dalfen Industrial’s Vice President of Capital Markets. He is responsible for managing the relationships with our lenders, including negotiations of loans. Peter has over 18 years in the commercial real estate industry, with extensive transactional and portfolio management experience. He brings a unique perspective from his roles as a debt and equity provider with JPMorgan CMBS, Northwestern Mutual Real Estate, and NorthMarq Capital, followed by his positions as a principal owner and developer with Weitzman, Spirit Realty Capital, and RPT. During his career, he has transacted on $4 billion of investments, through debt and equity financings, acquisitions, and dispositions. Additionally, in portfolio management roles, Peter has managed over 500 properties, with a cumulative value of $3 billion.

Peter earned his BBA in Finance from Baylor University and his MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Southern Methodist University.

Nancy Darwiche is an Accounting Manager at Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for overseeing the accurate delivery of financial reports and serving as the relationship liaison with external partners, regional Property Managers and other departments within the organization. Prior to joining Dalfen, Nancy worked for Rosdev Group for 10 years as Property Accountant.

Tom Dudney is the Director of Leasing for Dalfen Industrial’s Central region. He is responsible for oversight of leasing, interior construction management, strategic planning, budgeting, property management, and financial analysis for the investments location in the central U.S. Prior to joining Dalfen, Tom was a Senior Associate with Harrod Properties, where he was responsible for the development and asset management function of the firm’s office and healthcare platform throughout Texas. Prior to Harrod, Tom has held positions with EY’s Real Estate Transactions group and CBRE’s institutional investment sales group.

Tom holds degrees in Finance and Economics from Southern Methodist University and a Masters in Real Estate from Georgetown University. He is an active member of the Dallas chapters of NAIOP and ULI.

Tamika Edwards is a Property Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s West portfolio. She is responsible for day-to-day management of Dalfen’s California, Washington and Nevada portfolio, including oversight of operations and tenant relationships for current properties and those being turned over from development. Tamika has over 15 years of property management experience.

Tamika has her MBA from Holy Names University and an undergraduate degree from San Francisco State University.

Daniel Elizondo is a Development Manager for Dalfen Industrial. He is responsible for managing the execution of the region’s development functions including due diligence, entitlements, design and construction. Prior to joining Dalfen, Daniel worked as a Structural Engineer.

Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Nevada, Reno and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

John Endres is a Market Lead for Dalfen Industrial’s Western U.S. region. He is responsible for deal sourcing and capital deployment strategies in Seattle, Portland, San Diego and Orange County. John has ten years of commercial real estate experience and most recently was a Director at Cannae Partners, a San Francisco-based real estate investment group.

John received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego.

Jason Fithian is the Vice President of Asset Management at Dalfen Industrial. He is responsible for oversight of Asset Management across the United States. Prior to his current responsibilities, he managed lender relationships including negotiation of loans, as well as served as an asset manager and analyst for Dalfen’s western region. Prior to joining Dalfen, Jason was an Acquisition Associate for DCT Industrial where he was responsible for acquisition underwriting, portfolio underwriting and analytics, and due diligence activities.

Jason earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Texas Christian University.

Trenton is responsible for managing the team of investment analysts and associates. Trenton and his team assist in the identification of target properties that meet specific acquisition criteria, assess critical information related to the sourcing and acquisition of potential investments, underwrite potential and acquired assets, and support the due diligence process for assets under contract.

Trenton earned his Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics: Finance and Real Estate, as well as a Masters in Real Estate from Texas A&M University.

Willis Fries is a Market Lead for Dalfen Industrial’s Western U.S. region. He is responsible for deal sourcing and capital deployment strategies for Los Angeles, Inland Empire, Northern California, and Reno. Willis has over ten years of experience and most recently was an Investment Director at a NY-based private equity firm, Abinger Capital.

Willis received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Connecticut College.

Sharon Furlong is a Senior Accounting Manager at Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for overseeing a group of property accountants and the accurate delivery of financial reports and serving as the relationship liaison with external partners, regional Property Managers and other departments within the organization. She is also working on various special projects with the Controller. Sharon has been with Dalfen Industrial since 1999.

Matthew Gilmore is an Asset Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s Central region. He is responsible for oversight of leasing, construction management, strategic planning, budgeting, property management, and financial analysis for this region. Matthew has over 20 years of diverse experience, across multiple commercial real estate disciplines, including acquisitions, asset management, portfolio management, and valuation.

He earned a Bachelor of Business in Finance degree from Texas A&M University.

Keith Hontz is Dalfen Industrial’s Market Officer for Dalfen’s northeast region. He is responsible for acquisition, development, leasing and capital deployment strategies, as well as oversees the operational aspects in this region. Keith comes to Dalfen with over 13 years of experience and has worked on over $1.6 billion of real estate transactions in addition to leasing over 5 million square feet throughout his career. Prior to joining Dalfen, Keith was a Vice President with Equus Capital Partners, and oversaw a portfolio of nearly 7 million square feet of industrial, office, retail and hospitality properties from New Jersey through Tennessee, inclusive of capital deployment, leasing, and portfolio management responsibilities. Prior to Equus Capital Partners, Keith held various acquisitions and asset management roles focused on industrial properties at Clarion Partners in both New York and Atlanta.

Keith received BBA with a concentration in finance with a minor in legal studies from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Geoff Kase is the Senior Development Manager for Dalfen Industrial. His responsibilities include managing due diligence, acquisitions, design, entitlements, capital improvements, TI projects and construction management. Geoff has over 30 years of experience managing developing and building over 15 million square feet of industrial, retail, pharmaceutical and office buildings nationally.

Geoff is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Pennsylvania and a Civil Engineering graduate of Penn State University.

Stefan Kelley is an Asset Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s Northeast region. He is responsible for oversight of property management, leasing, strategic planning, budgeting, and financial analysis for these markets. Prior to joining Dalfen, Stefan headed the Capital Markets vertical at Velocity Venture Partners. His prior experience includes acquisition roles at industrial real estate investors/developers Entrada Partners, North Palisade Partners, and Caprock Partners. Stefan began his career as a consultant at FTI Consulting in Los Angeles.

Stefan received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and a Masters in Real Estate from University of Denver.

Joseph Kilian is the Fund Controller and is responsible for overseeing the accounting and reporting activities for the firm’s fund accounting team. Joseph has several years of experience working in the Private Equity space and fund accounting and has seen the rapid growth in the industrial real estate sector. In this capacity, Joseph has accumulated experience with audits, compliance, investor reporting, and international transactions, as well as training and staffing for these functions.

Joseph is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas, and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Texas Tech University.

Tim Kraftson is Vice President of Development Management for Dalfen Industrial. He is responsible for managing the execution of Dalfen’s development functions including due diligence, entitlement, design, and construction. Prior to joining Dalfen, Tim worked at a build-to-suit developer and led the entitlement and construction processes for all developments across the country. Prior to that, Tim worked as a commercial construction Project Manager for multiple General Contractors in the DFW area.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Economics from Wheaton College (IL) and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Erica Kuang is an Accounting Manager at Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for overseeing the accurate delivery of financial reports and serving as the relationship liaison with external partners, regional Property Managers and other departments within the organization. Prior to joining Dalfen, Erica worked for Square Point Capital as Assistant Controller. 

Erica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Accounting certificate from McGill University. She is a member of Chartered Professional Accountant Ontario. 

John Lettieri is Dalfen Industrial’s Market Officer for Dalfen’s central region. He is responsible for the acquisitions, development, and capital deployment strategies as well as oversees the operational aspects in this region. Prior to joining Dalfen, John was a Senior Associate at GCP Capital Group where he was responsible for originations and underwriting.

John earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance at Hofstra University.

Sheng Li is a Senior Accountant at Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for financial reporting and analysis for the property portfolios and funds. Prior to joining Dalfen, Sheng worked for Citco as Fund Accountant.

Sheng holds a Masters degree in Finance from McGill University.

Aaron Lin is the Vice President of Data Analytics and Intelligence at Dalfen Industrial. He is responsible for designing and building company-wide data infrastructure, producing and sharing business analytics, intelligence, and data-driven insights among departments. Prior to his current responsibilities, Aaron oversaw financial modeling, analytical tool development, report automation, and market research. Before joining Dalfen, Aaron served as an investment associate at FCM Investments, where he helped manage over $300 million in investment portfolios.

Aaron earned a BBA degree in Finance from the University of Oklahoma and is a CFA charterholder.

Mengdie Lyu is an Accounting Manager at Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for overseeing the accurate delivery of financial reports and serving as the relationship liaison with external partners, regional Property Managers and other departments within the organization.

She graduated from McGill University and is now pursuing her CPA designation.

Tyler McElroy is Dalfen Industrial’s Market Officer for Dalfen’s Florida properties. He is responsible for the acquisition, development, and capital deployment strategies, and oversees the operational aspects in this region. Since joining Dalfen in 2019 as part of the development team, Tyler has sourced over 8.5 million square feet of new development. Prior to joining Dalfen, Tyler worked as a licensed professional structural engineer in Austin, TX.

Tyler earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Joyce Meinerding is a Senior Property Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s Midwest portfolio. She is responsible for day-to-day management of Dalfen’s Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky, and Minnesota portfolio, including oversight of operations and tenant relationships for current properties and those being turned over from development. She is also responsible for the training and onboarding of new team members. Prior to joining Dalfen, Joyce spent 27 years as a Property Manager with Mercantile Center, a property management firm in Cincinnati where she oversaw the day-to-day operations of 270,000 square feet of industrial properties.

Joyce attended Xavier University and studied Business Management. She also carries a commercial real estate license in Ohio and is studying to become licensed in Kentucky.

Liz Morley is Dalfen Industrial’s Brand Manager. She heads up all marketing initiatives include branding, public relations, social medial, website, events, and other marketing-related projects. Prior to working at Dalfen, Liz spent many years marketing products and services in various industries including healthcare, hospitality, and consumer products.

Liz earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Texas Christian University.

Antoinette Noronha is a Senior Accounting Manager for Dalfen Industrial. Sharon Furlong is a Senior Accounting Manager at Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for overseeing a group of property accountants and the accurate delivery of financial reports and serving as the relationship liaison with external partners, regional Property Managers and other departments within the organization. Antoinette brings over two decades of experience in Accounting, Management and Personnel training to her position as manager.

Keri Payne is the Lease Transaction Manager for Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for facilitating the accurate and timely drafting, abstracting and transmittal of lease documents, as well as tracking, verifying, reporting, and disseminating lease data for industrial real estate across the U.S. Prior to joining Dalfen, Keri was a paralegal for DCT Industrial where she was responsible for drafting leasing and property management documents, and maintaining multiple databases and reports related to leasing activity legal invoices and compliance requirements.

Keri earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Regis University in Denver, Colorado and is a United States Navy veteran.

Eli Ray is Dalfen Industrial’s Associate for Texas.  He is responsible for deal sourcing, leasing, due diligence, and capital deployment strategies for both industrial outdoor storage and industrial real estate in Texas.  Prior to joining Dalfen, Eli was an Investment Analyst at Invitation Homes – (NYSE: INVH) Real Estate Investment Trust with the Phoenix & Atlanta Regional Teams. Prior to Invitation Homes, Eli worked at TIAA in several institutional roles.

Eli earned his MBA in Finance at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and earned his BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.

Jayson Verona is the Property Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s West Region. He is responsible for the oversight of operations and tenant relationships for properties in California, Utah, and Washington and those being turned over from development. Most recently, Jayson was the Property Manager for JLL where he assisted in managing over 5.5 million square feet of office and industrial real estate. Jayson has a proven track record of success in managing large portfolios of industrial and office properties.

Jayson graduated from the University of California, Chico with a Bachelor of Arts focused in Finance and a Master’s in Business Administration.

Tierra Warrick is a Senior Property Manager for Dalfen Industrial and is responsible for the day-to-day management of Dalfen’s North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia portfolio. Prior to joining Dalfen, Tierra was a Property Manager for Foundry Commercial, where she managed over 4 million square feet of third party and joint ventured industrial properties in the Metro Atlanta area. Tierra has also held positions as Property Manager and Asset manager within the multifamily Real Estate Sector.

Tierra earned a Bachelor of Art in Political Science and French from the University of Georgia and a master’s degree from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Matthew Wedell is the Property Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s West Region including Phoenix Metro, Las Vegas Metro, and Colorado. He is responsible for the oversight of operations and tenant relationships for current properties and those being turned over from development. Matthew has been a property manager for over 15 years in Colorado, and moved over to Industrial Property Management from Residential Property Management. Matthew previously specialized in low-income housing including Section 8, LIHTC, and multi-family, including owning and managing his own properties.

Matthew graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
