Dalfen Industrial announced its acquisition of a 2-building park, totaling +/- 80,000 square foot, at 6475-6485 W Sunset Road in southwest Las Vegas, NV. According to the Clark County property public records, the transaction value was $21,000,000.
The opportunity was sourced off-market. Greg Pancirov, SIOR & Paul Hoyt, SIOR of RealComm Advisors represented the buyer and Mike De Lew, SIOR of RealComm Advisors represented the seller, Prestige Family Group, LLC.
Sunset West Logistics Center is in close proximity to I-15, the Harry Reid International Airport and the Las Vegas Strip. Other companies in the area include PepsiCo, UFC, Greco & Sons, Freeman Expositions and Cort Furniture.
