We’re grateful to share some exciting news from Dalfen—our off-market acquisition of a Class A industrial facility in Lumberton, NJ has been recognized with two awards. The project received the Silver Award for “Most Unique Sale of 2024” by the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal (see page 15B) and was also honored in the Philadelphia Business Journal’s “2024 Best Real Estate Deals.” Strategically located near key transportation corridors, the facility enhances our Northeast portfolio and supports tenant demand in a high-barrier, supply-constrained market.
