Clifford Banks is an Asset Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s Southeast markets. He is responsible for oversight of leasing, interior construction management, strategic planning, budgeting, property management, and financial analysis for these markets. Prior to joining Dalfen, Clifford was an Assistant Vice President for Link Logistics’ Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team where he was responsible for finance and reporting for one of the company’s three primary business units. He was responsible for delivering KPI insights and commentary to company stakeholders and managing the annual and quarterly budget process for Link’s East region and JV portfolio. Prior to FP&A, Clifford was an Asset Manager for Link and worked on the FP&A team at Global Logistics Properties.
Clifford holds degrees in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Miami University. He is a member of NAIOP Georgia.
