John Block is Dalfen Industrial’s Asset Manager for the west region. He is responsible for the oversight of property management, leasing, strategic planning as well as deal sourcing and capital deployment strategies in select western markets. John has ten years of commercial real estate experience and most recently was Manager of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Bristol Group, a San Francisco-based real estate development and investment firm. Prior to Bristol Group, John was an Acquisition and Asset Management Associate at Black Creek Group and on Eastdil Secured’s equity sales and debt placement team. Over his career, John has participated in the acquisition and financing of real estate assets totaling over $4 billion.
John received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
