Joyce Meinerding is a Property Manager for Dalfen Industrial and is responsible for day-to-day management of Dalfen’s Midwestern portfolio. Prior to joining Dalfen, Joyce spent 27 years as a Property Manager with Mercantile Center, a property management firm in Cincinnati where she oversaw the day-to-day operations of 270,000 square feet of industrial properties.
Joyce attended Xavier University and studied Business Management. She also carries a commercial real estate license in Ohio and is studying to become licensed in Kentucky.
