Karen Glover is a Senior Property Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s Southeast U.S. region. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of Georgia, Tennessee and South Carolina portfolio, including oversight of operations and tenant relationships for current properties and those being turned over from development. She is also responsible for the training and onboarding of new team members. Prior to joining Dalfen Industrial, Karen worked with Hines, Cushman & Wakefield, JLL, and First Industrial. She has over 20 years of industry experience where she has managed up to 15M SF.
Karen earned a Juris Master’s degree from Emory University School of Law in Atlanta, GA and a Bachelor’s Degree from Trevecca University in Nashville, TN. Karen participated in The Atlanta Women’s Foundation Inspire Atlanta Class of 2022 where she raised $10K to support programs for Women and Girls in Altanta. She volunteers with the Atlanta Food Bank, Community Action Center and Open Hand Atlanta. She is also very involved with Emory University School of Law Alumni Association.
