Michelle Annett is a Property Manager for Dalfen Industrial and is responsible for the day-to-day management of Dalfen’s central region. Prior to joining Dalfen, Michelle spent 8 years as an Associate VP, Sr. Property Manager for Colony Industrial, formally Cobalt Capital Partners in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex area. She led the PM team that comprised of over 6 million square feet and participated in 2 company transitions. Michelle also held the position of Property Manager for Transwestern Commercial Services, overseeing the day to day operations and project management of 4 million square feet of Industrial property for multiple Institutional ownerships.
Michelle holds her real estate license in Texas and is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management.
