Peter Cavazos is Dalfen Industrial’s Vice President of Capital Markets. He is responsible for managing the relationships with our lenders, including negotiations of loans. Peter has over 18 years in the commercial real estate industry, with extensive transactional and portfolio management experience. He brings a unique perspective from his roles as a debt and equity provider with JPMorgan CMBS, Northwestern Mutual Real Estate, and NorthMarq Capital, followed by his positions as a principal owner and developer with Weitzman, Spirit Realty Capital, and RPT. During his career, he has transacted on $4 billion of investments, through debt and equity financings, acquisitions, and dispositions. Additionally, in portfolio management roles, Peter has managed over 500 properties, with a cumulative value of $3 billion.
Peter earned his BBA in Finance from Baylor University and his MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Southern Methodist University.
