With their superb customer service, they are dedicated to serving all of their tenants needs. I have performed work at many other properties in Orlando and have found that Terracotta Business Plaza is one of the cleanest best kept properties I have visited. It does not have a lot of tenant turnover and, in fact, most of their tenants have been there for many, many years. They make good decisions when it comes to the maintenance of the property.
