9000 SOUTH LOGISTICS CENTER (DEVELOPMENT)

Description

The 9000 South Logistics Center development will be a 2-building, 449,048 square foot industrial park in West Jordan, UT – a suburb southwest of Salt Lake City. The rear-load buildings will feature 32’ clear heights and 180’ truck courts. Building 1 will be 187,727 square feet with 24 dock-high doors and 4 drive-in doors. Building 2 will be 261,321 square feet with 40 dock-high doors and 4 drive-in doors.

 

The development is situated in the fastest growing state in the country, Utah, and one of the fastest growing corridors in the US. It is located within 3 miles of Highway 154 and less than a quarter mile from the newly constructed Mountainview Corridor, which provides access throughout the metro and, most importantly. to the burgeoning population in the south.

 

The 28.22 acres of land was closed in October 2022. The development is set to be completed by Q4 2023.
