The property is located in Nashville, Tennessee, less than 2 miles east of the Nashville International Airport. The industrial park will consist of three buildings with rear-load configurations.

Airpark Commerce Center is well-positioned along critical paths of travel with quick access to Murfreesboro Pike, I-24, and I-40 The location is approximately 8.5 miles from the Nashville CBD and 1.8 miles from the Nashville International Airport, making it one of the few remaining undeveloped last mile sites that is currently zoned for industrial use.

The 76 acres of land for the Airpark East development was acquired by Dalfen in February 2021. This project was completed in Q1 2023.
