Building 3 is a 700,213 square foot cross-dock facility with 119 dock doors, 4 drive-in doors, and 156 parking spaces for cars and 22 for trailers. All buildings have 180’ truck courts and 36’ clear heights.
This property is located in the Lehigh Valley industrial submarket – one of the strongest in the northeast U.S. It has immediate access to I-78 and is just 10 minutes from the I-81 Split. The property is also within a few hours of driving to Washington D.C., New York City, Philadelphia, and Boston.
The 76 acres of land for the Central Logistics Development was acquired by Dalfen in April 2021. This project was completed in Q4 2022.
