Desert Peak Logistics Center is a new, 3-building industrial park totaling 183,792 square feet in Salt Lake City, UT. Two of the buildings, both 77,773 square foot rear-load facilities, have 180’ shared truck courts, 32’ clear heights, and both have 22 dock-high doors and 4 drive-in doors. The third rear-load building totals 28,246 square feet and features a 150’ truck court plus additional yard space, 28’ clear heights, 4 dock-high doors, and 2 drive-in doors.

Desert Peak Logistics Center is situated in the fastest growing state in the country, Utah, and one of the fastest growing corridors in the US. Centrally located, the entire population can be hit in a 30-minute drive. Close proximity to Highway 154 and the newly constructed Mountainview Corridor provides access throughout the metro, and, most importantly, to the burgeoning population in the south.

This industrial park was acquired in October 2022.
