Superstition Commerce Park is a 6-building, 969,211 square foot industrial park in Mesa, Arizona – a suburb southeast of Phoenix. The 6-building park range in size from 99,950 to 203,019 SF and feature 190′-200′ truck courts, clear heights ranging from 32’ – 36’, 30-38 dock doors and 4-6 drive-in doors each, and ample parking.

This development is situated in one of the fastest growing corridors in the US. The industrial park is within ~3 miles of Loop 202 and SR-60 and access to nearly a third of the metro can be accessed within a 30-minute drive time. It is also in close proximity to Mesa Gateway Airport.

The 63 acres were acquired in July 2022. The industrial park is due to be completed by Q1 2024.
