Building I will be a 229,840 square foot and Building II will be a 322,400 square foot facility. The new buildings will have 36’ clear heights. In total, the Eastport industrial park will have 131 dock-high doors and 8 drive-in doors.
This property is located in the quickly growing I-26 North/North Charleston industrial submarket with immediate access to the I-26 corridor, which runs south to the Port of Charleston and north to Greenville-Spartanburg. The 75 acres of land for the Eastport development was acquired by Dalfen in November 2021. Building 1 will be completed in Q4 2022, and Building 2 will be completed in Q2 2023.
