This property is located in Cincinnati’s strongest industrial submarkets with great access to the metro’s major thoroughfares, Interstate 71, 75, 275 and 5.5 miles from both Cincinnati’s International Airport and Amazon’s new Prime Air Hub.

The land was acquired in December 2018. This project was completed in April 2020. CVG Logistics Center was sold in February 2023.
