Sunset West Logistics Center is a 2-building, 80,000 square foot industrial park in Las Vegas, NV. Built in 2017, the buildings feature 32’ clear height. Building 1 is a 35,000 square foot side-load facility with a 137’ truck court, 3 dock-high doors and 1 drive-in door. Building 2 is a 45,000 square foot front-load facility with a 120’ truck court, 4 dock-high doors and 3 drive-in doors.

The industrial park has a tremendous last mile location in close proximity to I-15, the Harry Reid International Airport and the Las Vegas Strip.

Sunset West Logistics Center was acquired in April 2022.
