Murray Dalfen is the Chairman of Dalfen Industrial. Murray has held both the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer position from 1992 through 2022, and together with Sean Dalfen, is responsible for the leadership and oversight of the firm. Under Murray and Sean’s leadership, Dalfen Industrial has successfully managed six real estate funds, which have owned, operated, and developed 44 million square feet of commercial property located in North America. Murray Dalfen began his career at Dalfen’s Limited, a family-apparel retail chain, and in 1992, Murray transitioned the direction of Dalfen’s Limited to focus exclusively on commercial real estate. In 2007, he organized the profitable sale of millions of dollars of commercial property ahead of the Great Recession. Since then, Murray and Sean have transitioned the company to focus exclusively on U.S. Last Mile industrial property.

Murray is a philanthropist and has also assumed a leadership role in many community organizations. Murray was named one of the winners of Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2017 Quebec.

Sean Dalfen is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Dalfen Industrial and leads the firm’s investment committees and management committees across its platforms. Under Sean’s leadership, Dalfen Industrial’s portfolio has grown to over 55 million square feet of industrial properties from coast to coast, making it one of the nation’s largest owners and developers of industrial real estate and a leader in the last-mile sector. Over his career, Sean has transacted on an excess of $10 billion USD. Prior to Dalfen Industrial, Sean worked at NAI Commercial as an Investment Sales Broker where he was one of the company’s Top 10 producers in Canada.

Sean is involved in a variety of philanthropic activities, sits on the boards of multiple charitable organizations and is a frequent speaker and panelist at private equity & commercial real estate industry events. Sean studied Psychology and Finance at Tel Aviv University’s Lowy School and McGill University.

Max Gagliardi is Dalfen’s Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the firm’s overall strategic financial leadership, overseeing the firm’s finance, portfolio management, capital markets and fund and investment structuring strategies. Prior to his current responsibilities he served various roles in the firm including Chief Investment Officer, head of debt and equity capital markets, investment officer for the Eastern U.S. Since joining Dalfen he has underwritten, managed and closed industrial real estate transactions in excess of $8 billion across North America. Prior to joining Dalfen in 2012, Max served as a Research Analyst at Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec’s (CDPQ) real estate finance team.

Max earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Economics & Finance from McGill University and is a CFA charterholder. He is an active member of NAIOP, CREFC and the Mortgage Banker Association

Brandon Walls is the Chief Accounting Officer at Dalfen Industrial.  He is responsible for the firm’s accounting, reporting and treasury functions. Prior to joining Dalfen, Brandon served as Senior Vice President of Accounting at Ashford Inc.  Prior to Ashford, Brandon held various roles in public accounting and consulting.

Brandon earned a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University and his MBA and MS degrees from the University of Texas at Dallas.  Brandon is a CFA charterholder and a licensed CPA in the State of Texas.

Tushar Bundhela is the Managing Director of Capital Raising at Dalfen Industrial. He leads the firm’s growth by marketing its investment vehicles to institutional investors and oversees all aspects of capital raising, investor relations, and strategic planning. His role includes executing tactical fundraising initiatives aligned with the firm’s overall investment objectives. Before joining Dalfen Industrial, Tushar held positions at EQT Partners, Fortress Investment Group, Goldman Sachs, and DLF Ltd.

Tushar is an alumnus of Cornell University, Cardiff University, and Manipal University.

Shelly Drakes is the Executive Vice President, Florida Property Management at Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for overseeing all property management initiatives, day-to-day operations of each property, lease negotiations, tenant satisfaction, and vendor management. Prior to joining Dalfen, Shelly handled management and leasing at Prentiss Properties (now PM Realty).

Shelly earned a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from the Florida International University School of Engineering and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Anthropology from Rollins College. She is also a member of NAIOP, BOMA and CREW, in addition to being active in several charitable organizations.

Mariam Ghoul is the Director of Operations of Dalfen Industrial. She provides recommendations to management on strategic staffing plans, compensation, benefits, training and development. She also manages resource allocation including liaising with departmental heads to develop, revise and implement operational processes and monitors day-to-day activities to ensure progress on strategic goals. Prior to her current role, Mariam held different positions with Dalfen, including Asset Management Real Estate Associate and Acquisitions Coordinator.

Mariam earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Mount Saint Vincent University and a Graduate Diploma in Business Management from McGill University.

Joseph Walker is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Dalfen Industrial and is responsible for all legal and compliance matters. He has experience in real estate investment management and private equity since 2014. Prior to joining Dalfen, Joseph worked in private legal practice at Ballard Spahr LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he advised private equity fund sponsors and real estate developers. He also served as Senior Corporate Counsel at Bridge Investment Group. In this role, he was responsible for the negotiation of joint venture agreements representing in excess of $1 billion in investor capital and formation of commercial office, seniors housing, and commercial real estate-backed fixed income funds.

Joseph received his Bachelor of Science and Master of Accountancy with an emphasis in Taxation from the Marriott School of Management at Brigham Young University and his Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University.

Tony Ewing is the Regional Senior Vice President for Dalfen Industrial’s Northeast region, overseeing New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Washington DC. He is responsible for acquisitions, development, capital deployment strategies, and oversees the operational aspects in this region. Prior to joining Dalfen, Tony was a Regional Investment Officer with EQT Real Estate, where he was responsible for overseeing transactions throughout the Mid-Atlantic US and managing a six million square foot industrial portfolio. Prior to EQT, Tony was a Principal at Shift Capital, and he previously held key roles at Liberty Property Trust (NYSE: LPT), including Vice President of Leasing and Development.

Tony received his MBA in Real Estate from The Wharton School and his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University.

Chris Segrest is the Regional Senior Vice President for Dalfen Industrial’s Southeast region, overseeing Florida, Georgia, the Carolinas and Tennessee. He is responsible for the acquisitions, development, capital deployment strategies, and oversees the operational aspects in this region. With over 25 years of experience in the industry, Chris held key positions at EastGroup Properties (NYSE: EGP), including Managing Director of Florida. He also served as an Assistant Controller, Senior Asset Manager and VP of Acquisitions and Development. At EGP, he managed a 15 million square foot portfolio in Florida and facilitated acquisitions over $3 billion in the Southeast region.

Chris holds a Bachelors and Master of Accountancy from the University of Missisippi. Chris is also actively involved in the real estate community, serving on the Advisory Board for the University of Florida’s Master of Science in Real Estate program and as a founding member of Florida Industrial Product Council for ULI.

Jeremy Hamaoui is the Regional Senior Vice President for Dalfen Industrial’s Western region, overseeing California, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, Utah and Colorado. He is responsible for all operational aspects within the region including leasing, acquisitions, capital deployment, development and property management. With over 15 years of experience in the industry serving the Western US, Jeremy has held key positions at EQT Exeter as Investment Officer overseeing all leasing, development and acquisitions for the California and Nevada markets while facilitating acquisitions of over $1B and growing the portfolio from 3M SF to over 10M SF. Prior to his time at EQT, Jeremy was Senior Leasing Director for PS Business Parks in their Northern California region. At PS Business Parks he transacted upwards of one thousand leasing deals while growing his responsibilities to oversee leasing and marketing across a 9M SF portfolio of small and mid bay multi-tenant flex and industrial product.

Jeremy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.

Richard Weiss is the Senior Vice President of Strategic Opportunities. He is responsible for identifying growth opportunities across various aspects of the business, including but not limited to, deal sourcing, partnerships, as well as asset and property management initiatives. Rich brings nearly 20 years of industry experience, most recently as Regional Senior Vice President of the West at Dalfen, where he launched the Oakland office and led the expansion of the Western region. Before joining Dalfen, Rich spent eight years at Investcorp as a Principal, where he was responsible for sourcing and closing over $3.5 billion in transactions across diverse geographies and product types. Earlier in his career, he served as a Vice President in CBRE’s Institutional Investment Sales Group in New York, and held roles at Clarion Partners in both Washington, DC, and New York.

Rich received a BBA in Finance from the University of Miami, Florida.

Tim Kraftson is Vice President of Development Management for Dalfen Industrial. He is responsible for managing the execution of Dalfen’s development functions including due diligence, entitlement, design, and construction. Prior to joining Dalfen, Tim worked at a build-to-suit developer and led the entitlement and construction processes for all developments across the country. Prior to that, Tim worked as a commercial construction Project Manager for multiple General Contractors in the DFW area.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Economics from Wheaton College (IL) and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Wesley Alderfer is the Property Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s Northeast Region. He is responsible for the oversight of operations and tenant relationships for current properties and those being turned over from development. Most recently, Wesley was the Senior Property Manager for Velocity Venture Partners where he managed over 2 million square feet in Pennsylvania. Wesley has also held positions with Tishman Speyer and Workspace Property Trust.

Wesley graduated from Temple University with a BBA in Real Estate and earned his CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management.

Matt Anderson is a Senior Development Manager for Dalfen Industrial focused on West Coast markets. His responsibilities include site feasibility, due diligence, design, entitlements, and construction management for development projects as well as supporting lease-related Capex and tenant improvements. He brings over 14 years of experience working in the commercial real estate industry where he has the led development of over 4.5 million square feet of industrial, cold storage, office, and retail product types.

Matt earned a B.S. in Construction Management from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo as well as a Master of Business Administration from UC Berkeley Haas School of Business where he focused on Real Estate and Finance.

Richard Armstrong is the Vice President of Capital Markets at Dalfen Industrial. He is responsible for overseeing capital market strategies and transactions for the firm, including managing relationships with our financing partners, the firm’s portfolio of existing financings, the marketing, negotiation, due diligence and closing of financing transactions.  Prior to Dalfen, Richard was at JPMorgan for seven years where he worked in various roles in the Commercial and Investment Bank, including multifamily loan origination, portfolio management, and underwriting, negotiating, and structuring complex secured and unsecured real estate transactions.

Richard has a Master’s degree in Real Estate from Texas A&M University.

Shannon Anthony is a Property Accountant for Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for the full cycle accounting of our real estate portfolios, including preparing monthly financial statements, assisting with annual budgeting and variance analysis, supporting year-end close and audit processes. Shannon has over 19 years in commercial real estate property accounting.

Daniel Bentkowski is a Corporate Accountant at Dalfen Industrial. He is responsible for creating and preparing company financials. Prior to Dalfen, I was an accounting consultant at Oracle.

Daniel earned a BS in Business & Economics at the State University of New York at Cortland.

Hunter Blanks serves as the Senior Property Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s Texas region, overseeing the management of properties in various Texas markets. His responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, fostering tenant relationships, and overseeing the transition of properties from development to active management. A Dallas native with 12 years of real estate experience, including 8 in the industrial sector, Hunter previously managed 12 million square feet of Class A distribution centers at Prologis. There, he earned five Customer Experience Awards, secured the largest Prologis Essentials sales in the U.S. Central Region (2020-2021), and ranked in the Global Top 5 for a deal in 2022.

Hunter holds a Bachelor of General Business from the University of North Texas, where he is also an active member of the University of North Texas Professional Leadership Program.

Corey Brown is a Senior Development Project Manager for Dalfen Industrial. He is responsible for managing the execution of the region’s development functions including due diligence, design, and construction. Prior to joining Dalfen, Corey worked in the polymer industry.

Corey earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the Kettering University (formerly General Motors Institute) and a Masters in Business Administration from Michigan State University.

Luke Butler is a Development Project Manager at Dalfen Industrial. He is responsible for managing the execution of the region’s development functions including due diligence, design, and construction. Prior to Dalfen, Luke developed expertise with several general contractors, holding roles in project management and as a superintendent in both residential and commercial construction.

Luke earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Penn State University in 2020.

Danila Carlisi is the Controller at Dalfen Industrial. She oversees the accounting and financial reporting of the entire corporate group and has been with the company since 1998. Prior to joining Dalfen, Danila was a senior auditor with a medium-sized professional accounting firm in Montreal, Quebec.

Danila received her accounting designation (CPA) and Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University in 1997 and 1992 respectively.

Sarah Chen is an Accounts Payable Clerk at Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for verifying, processing and reconciling expense invoices and vendor statements. She supports property administrators and accountants to make sure all costs are recorded properly, and bills are paid in a timely manner. Prior to joining Dalfen, Sarah worked as a Controller Assistant at Intramodal Inc.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accountancy from Concordia University.

Jacee Choi is Senior Property Accountant at Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for the full cycle accounting of our real estate portfolios, including preparing monthly financial statements, assisting with annual budgeting and variance analysis, supporting year-end close and audit processes. She is also responsible of the company’s Canadian corporate financial statements. Jacee previously worked in both treasury and payable at Dalfen. Prior to Dalfen, Jacee worked for Revenue Canada and Fix Network.

Jacee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Mathematics and an Accounting Graduate Diploma from McGill University. She is a member of Chartered Professional Accountant Quebec.

Shelby Connors is the HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for partnering with hiring managers and senior leadership to align talent strategies with business goals. Prior to joining Dalfen, Shelby worked at a boutique recruiting firm, where she focused on internal operations and delivered a consultative approach to staffing.

Shelby earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with minors in Business Administration and Management from Stetson University.

Nancy Darwiche is an Accounting Manager at Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for overseeing the accurate delivery of financial reports and serving as the relationship liaison with external partners, regional Property Managers and other departments within the organization. Prior to joining Dalfen, Nancy worked for Rosdev Group for 10 years as Property Accountant.

Lauren De La Rosa is a Property Administrator at Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for managing tenant and vendor invoicing (AR/AP), oversees COI renewals, drafts vendor contracts, ad HOC request and provides essential support to the Central Property Management team. Prior to Dalfen, Lauren worked as a Property Administrator for a Commercial Real Estate Company primarily focused on the development and management of Class-A office buildings in Dallas.

Lauren earned her Bachelor of Arts, Communication Studies from Azusa Pacific Univeristy.

Sean Ebert is Dalfen Industrial’s Investment Associate for the Northeast U.S. region. He is responsible for underwriting, deal sourcing, leasing, due diligence, and capital deployment strategies for both industrial real estate and industrial outdoor storage in the Northeast. Prior to joining Dalfen, Sean was an Investment Associate for Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN) covering acquisitions, dispositions, development and structured financing in Philadelphia, DC and Austin. Prior to Brandywine, Sean worked in various roles for The Flynn Company.

Sean earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Scranton.

Tamika Edwards is a Property Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s Western U.S. region. She is responsible for day-to-day management of Dalfen’s California, Washington and Nevada portfolio, including oversight of operations and tenant relationships for current properties and those being turned over from development. Tamika has over 15 years of property management experience.

Tamika has her MBA from Holy Names University and an undergraduate degree from San Francisco State University.

Daniel Elizondo is the Manager of Development & Construction for Dalfen’s Central U.S. region. He is responsible for managing the execution of the region’s development functions including due diligence, entitlements, design and construction. Prior to joining Dalfen, Daniel worked as a Structural Engineer.

Daniel earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Nevada, Reno and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.

John Endres is a Market Officer for Dalfen Industrial’s Western U.S. region. He is responsible for deal sourcing and capital deployment strategies in Seattle, Portland, San Diego and Orange County. John has ten years of commercial real estate experience and most recently was a Director at Cannae Partners, an San Francisco-based real estate investment group.

John received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego.

Andrea Espinoza is the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer and Head of Human Resources at Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for complex scheduling, coordination of high-level meetings and events, and overseeing confidential communications. Prior to Dalfen, she was the Executive Assistant to the CEO for Crow Holding’s family office.

Andrea earned a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with an emphasis is Entrepreneurship from Texas Women’s University.

Jason Fithian is the Vice President of Asset Management at Dalfen Industrial. He is responsible for oversight of Asset Management across the United States. Prior to his current responsibilities, he managed lender relationships including negotiation of loans, as well as served as an asset manager and analyst for Dalfen’s western region. Prior to joining Dalfen, Jason was an Acquisition Associate for DCT Industrial where he was responsible for acquisition underwriting, portfolio underwriting and analytics, and due diligence activities.

Jason earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Texas Christian University.

Tina Frick is the Executive Assistant to Sean Dalfen, Dalfen Industrial’s President and CEO. Tina is an accomplished professional with a background in Human Resources and Professional Services specializing in Campus Recruiting, Event Planning, Workforce Performance Management and Skills Allocation, Incentive Compensation Systems, Employee Retention Programs, Knowledge Management, and Leadership.

Tina is originally from New York and received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Boston College.

Sharon Furlong is a Senior Accounting Manager at Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for overseeing a group of property accountants and the accurate delivery of financial reports and serving as the relationship liaison with external partners, regional Property Managers and other departments within the organization. She is also working on various special projects with the Controller. Sharon has been with Dalfen Industrial since 1999.

Matthew Gilmore is an Asset Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s Central region. He is responsible for oversight of leasing, construction management, strategic planning, budgeting, property management, and financial analysis for this region. Matthew has over 20 years of diverse experience, across multiple commercial real estate disciplines, including acquisitions, asset management, portfolio management, and valuation.

He earned a Bachelor of Business in Finance degree from Texas A&M University.

Louis Haase is Dalfen Industrial’s Associate for the Northeast Region.  He is responsible for deal sourcing, leasing, due diligence, and capital deployment strategies for both industrial outdoor storage and industrial real estate in the Northeast. Prior to joining Dalfen, Louis was an Analyst on the Transactions Management team at Link Logistics, where he contributed to the execution of over $3 billion in industrial real estate transactions across major U.S. markets.

Louis holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Pennsylvania State University.

Noel Harris is the Senior Property Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s Texas region. She is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Texas portfolio, including oversight of operations and tenant relationships for current properties and those being turned over from development. Noel relocated to the Dallas area in 2014 and comes to us with over 30 years of experience in both the industrial and retail sectors. Most recently, Noel was the Regional Manager for Mapletree US Management, LLC where she managed over 13.5 million square feet across Texas, Tennessee and Mississippi.

She is a member of Toastmasters and volunteers with the United Way and Dress For Success.

Yadi is the Tax Manager at Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for overseeing corporate tax strategy, compliance, and planning. Prior to joining Dalfen, Yadi was a Manager in KPMG’s Mergers & Acquisitions Tax practice.

Yadi earned both her BS and MS in Accounting degrees from the University of Texas at Dallas and is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas.

Robert Johnson is the IT Manager at Dalfen Industrial, where he oversees the company’s technology ecosystem and ensures the security, integrity, and accessibility of its networks, systems, and data. In addition to managing day-to-day IT operations, Robert provides strategic architectural guidance and leads project management efforts across all major IT initiatives. With over 25 years of experience in the information technology sector, Robert has held several senior leadership roles, including Head of IT, Enterprise Application Services – The Americas at British Telecom (BT). Prior to that, he served as Director of IT Infrastructure and Operations at International Network Services, where he led large-scale infrastructure and operational transformations.

As a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), he is dedicated to fortifying IT frameworks and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

Geoff Kase is the Senior Development Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s Northeastern U.S. region. His responsibilities include managing due diligence, acquisitions, design, entitlements, capital improvements, TI Projects and construction management. Geoff has over 30 years of experience managing developing and building over 15 million square feet of industrial, retail, pharmaceutical and office buildings nationally.

Geoff is a licensed professional engineer in the state of Pennsylvania and a Civil Engineering graduate of Penn State University.

Caroline Kelley is an Investment Analyst at Dalfen Industrial, responsible for deal sourcing, leasing, due diligence, and capital deployment strategies across both industrial real estate and industrial outdoor storage assets in the Southeast. Prior to joining Dalfen, Caroline was a brokerage intern at JLL and Cushman & Wakefield.

Caroline earned her Bachelor of Arts in Business and Master of Science in Real Estate from the University of Florida.

Stefan Kelley is an Asset Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s Northeast and Midwest U.S. regions. He is responsible for oversight of property management, leasing, strategic planning, budgeting, and financial analysis for these markets. Prior to joining Dalfen, Stefan headed the Capital Markets vertical at Velocity Venture Partners. His prior experience includes acquisition roles at industrial real estate investors/developers Entrada Partners, North Palisade Partners, and Caprock Partners. Stefan began his career as a consultant at FTI Consulting in Los Angeles.

Stefan received his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and a Masters in Real Estate from University of Denver.

Angela Kim is a Property Accountant for Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for the full cycle accounting of our real estate portfolios, including preparing monthly financial statements, assisting with annual budgeting and variance analysis, supporting year-end close and audit processes. Prior to joining Dalfen, Angela Kim built a distinguished accounting career at Ernst & Young, LLP and several leading real estate firms.

Angela earned her BBA in Accounting from Amberton University and is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas.

John Kim is the Vice President of Data Analytics at Dalfen Industrial. He is responsible for designing and building company-wide data infrastructure, custom application development, producing and sharing business analytics, AI initiatives, business intelligence, and data-driven insights among departments. Before joining Dalfen, John oversaw data modeling, master data management, analytical tool development, report automation, and market research at various commercial real estate companies where he has overseen the development of Enterprise class Datawarehouse and Analytic Solutions.

Latha Kingue is an Asset Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s West markets. She is responsible for oversight of leasing, interior construction management, strategic planning, budgeting, property management, and financial analysis for these markets. Prior to joining Dalfen, Latha was a Vice President on the asset management team at Northwood Investors for the mixed-use portfolio. Latha has over 10 years of diverse experience, across multiple commercial real estate disciplines, including acquisitions, asset management, portfolio management, FP&A and valuation.

Latha holds degrees in Finance from Lewis University.

Erica Kuang is an Accounting Manager at Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for overseeing the accurate delivery of financial reports and serving as the relationship liaison with external partners, regional Property Managers and other departments within the organization. Prior to joining Dalfen, Erica worked for Square Point Capital as Assistant Controller. 

Erica holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science and Accounting certificate from McGill University. She is a member of Chartered Professional Accountant Ontario. 

AJ Kucinski is an Associate for Dalfen Industrial’s Western U.S. region. He is responsible for underwriting, leasing, due diligence, and capital deployment strategies for both industrial real estate and industrial outdoor storage in the West. Prior to joining Dalfen, AJ was a senior analyst on Cushman & Wakefield’s Northern California capital markets, investment sales team. Prior to joining C&W, AJ Was an acquisitions analyst at Albany Road Real Estate Partners in Boston, MA.

AJ earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Middlebury College.

Mira Lafferton is the Paralegal for Dalfen Industrial. She provides general legal assistance to General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer as well as other executive members.  She is also responsible for maintaining databases of legal documents and Dalfen entity portfolio, and performs other duties and projects assigned to in-house legal department. She has experience in commercial real estate and litigation since 2002. Prior to joining Dalfen, Mira worked in private legal practice and in the legal department of JCPenney Corporation, Inc.

She earned a Paralegal/Legal Assistant Associate of Applied Science degree from Collin College.

John Lettieri is Dalfen Industrial’s Market Officer for Dalfen’s Central U.S. region. He is responsible for the acquisitions, development, and capital deployment strategies and oversees the operational aspects in this region. Prior to joining Dalfen, John was a Senior Associate at GCP Capital Group where he was responsible for originations and underwriting.

John earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance at Hofstra University.

Sheng Li is Dalfen Industrial’s Fund Controller. She is responsible for overseeing and preparing financial reporting and analysis for the funds, and serves as the relationship liaison with external investors, stakeholders, and various departments within the organization. Prior to joining Dalfen, Sheng worked for Citco as Fund Accountant.

Sheng holds a Masters degree in Finance from McGill University.

Jessica Lo is a Property Administrator at Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for managing tenant and vendor invoicing (AR/AP), oversees COI renewals, drafts vendor contracts, ad HOC request and provides essential support to the Western region Property Management team. Jessica brings over six years of experience managing office, tech, government, and industrial assets, with past roles at Cushman & Wakefield, Kilroy Realty, and Union Property Capital.

Jessica earned a BA in Management with a Marketing concentration from Golden Gate University.

Mengdie Lyu is an Accounting Manager at Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for overseeing the accurate delivery of financial reports and serving as the relationship liaison with external partners, regional Property Managers and other departments within the organization.

She graduated from McGill University and is now pursuing her CPA designation.

Yuxin Lu is a Junior Accountant for Accounts Receivable at Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for posting AR entries, including tenant charges and rent payments. Her role focuses on ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of AR postings and invoice entries to support the company’s overall financial operations. Prior to joining Dalfen, she worked at Times Accounting & Tax Services Inc., where she was responsible for payroll processing.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Accounting from HEC Montréal.

Sabrina Mahdavian is an Assistant Property Manager at Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for assisting the property manager, managing tenant and vendor invoices (AR/AP), monitoring AR collections, overseeing COI renewals, collecting annual budgetary bids, draft vendor contracts, ad-hoc requests, and providing essential support for the Southeast Property Management team. Previously, she worked at CBRE and Highmark Residential.

Sabrina earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, a Master’s degree in Human Resources and an Associate degree in Business Administration and Management.

SongPing Mai is a Property Accountant for Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for the full cycle accounting of our real estate portfolios, including preparing monthly financial statements, assisting with annual budgeting and variance analysis, supporting year-end close and audit processes. Prior to Dalfen, SongPing worked for Crowe BGK as Supervisor for small business group.

SongPing holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Concordia University and Accounting Graduate Diploma from McGill University.

Tyler McElroy is Dalfen Industrial’s Market Officer for Dalfen’s Florida properties. He is responsible for the acquisition, development, and capital deployment strategies, and oversees the operational aspects in this region. Since joining Dalfen in 2019 as part of the development team, Tyler has sourced over 8.5 million square feet of new development. Prior to joining Dalfen, Tyler worked as a licensed professional structural engineer in Austin, TX.

Tyler earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of South Carolina and a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

Joyce Meinerding is a Senior Property Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s Midwestern U.S. region. She is responsible for day-to-day management of Dalfen’s Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky, and Minnesota portfolio, including oversight of operations and tenant relationships for current properties and those being turned over from development. She is also responsible for the training and onboarding of new team members. Prior to joining Dalfen, Joyce spent 27 years as a Property Manager with Mercantile Center, a property management firm in Cincinnati, where she oversaw the day-to-day operations of 270,000 square feet of industrial properties.

Joyce attended Xavier University and studied Business Management. She also carries a commercial real estate license in Ohio and is studying to become licensed in Kentucky.

Connor Miller is an Associate for Dalfen Industrial’s Western U.S. region. He is responsible for underwriting, leasing, due diligence, and capital deployment strategies for both industrial real estate and industrial outdoor storage in the Western U.S. Prior to joining Dalfen, Connor was an Associate with Cushman & Wakefield’s Equity, Debt & Structured Finance group based in San Francsico. Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Connor worked as an Acquisitions Analyst for Stratton Road Realty in Irvine, CA

Connor earned a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of San Diego.

Christine Choi Moore is Dalfen Industrial’s Market Officer for the Midwest region. She is responsible for the acquisitions, development, capital deployment strategies, and oversees the operational aspects in this region. Christine has over 18 years of industry experience and has completed over $3 billion of industrial and office leasing transactions throughout her career. Prior to joining Dalfen, Christine was Director of Asset Management, Midwest Region at Manulife Investment Management for nearly ten years.  She was responsible for the development and execution of the regional portfolio strategy, asset initiatives (including the oversight of large-scale capital projects and redevelopments), leasing and overall performance of the Midwest office and industrial portfolio. Prior to Manulife, Christine was Vice President – Industrial Brokerage at Avison Young and worked in corporate marketing at First Industrial Realty Trust.

Christine is active in several industry organizations, including being the Founder, Past President and current Advisory Council member of IWIRE Chicago, the current treasurer and board member of COLBA Chicago, current member and past board officer for the Chicago Chapter of NAIOP, past president of the Chicago Chapter of CSCMP, and a current member of the national IOPC (Industrial and Office Product Council) for ULI. Christine graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University and remains very involved with the university.

Antoinette Noronha is a Senior Accounting Manager for Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for overseeing a group of property accountants and the accurate delivery of financial reports and serving as the relationship liaison with external partners, regional Property Managers and other departments within the organization. Antoinette brings over two decades of experience in accounting, management and personnel training to her position as manager.

Nataliia Oleksiichuk is Executive Assistant to the Chairman as well as the Property Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s properties in Canada. She is responsible for overseeing daily operations at the Montreal office and supports cross-functional initiatives through various strategic and administrative projects. Prior to joining Dalfen, Nataliia supported teams and executives at various levels as an Administrative Assistant in the international biotech and civil engineering sectors, gaining additional experience in project management.

She holds a Master of Arts in Pedagogy and Linguistics from Ukraine and has completed a Professional Certification in Business Administration in Germany.

Keri Payne is the Lease Transaction Manager for Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for facilitating the accurate and timely drafting, abstracting and transmittal of lease documents, as well as tracking, verifying, reporting, and disseminating lease data for industrial real estate across the U.S. Prior to joining Dalfen, Keri was a paralegal for DCT Industrial where she was responsible for drafting leasing and property management documents, and maintaining multiple databases and reports related to leasing activity, legal invoices and compliance requirements.

Keri earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Regis University in Denver, Colorado and is a United States Navy veteran.

Harry Phung is an Accounts Payable Clerk for Dalfen Industrial. He is responsible for processing outgoing payments, invoicing, verifying vendor files and reconciling accounts payable transactions. Prior to Dalfen, Harry worked as an A/R & AP clerk at The Intramodal Group.

He earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University.

Tamara is the Development Coordinator at Dalfen Industrial.  She is responsible for providing accounting, administrative, scheduling and reporting support to the Development team during all phases of the development life cycle.  Prior to Dalfen, Tamara worked as a Property Accountant with Willow Bridge Property Company in Dallas. 

Tamara earned her BBA in Management from Northwood University. 

Eli Ray is Dalfen Industrial’s Senior Associate for Texas. He is responsible for deal sourcing, leasing, due diligence, and capital deployment strategies for both industrial outdoor storage and industrial real estate in Texas. Prior to joining Dalfen, Eli was an Investment Analyst at Invitation Homes – (NYSE: INVH) Real Estate Investment Trust with the Phoenix & Atlanta Regional Teams. Prior to Invitation Homes, Eli worked at TIAA in several institutional roles.

Eli earned his MBA in Finance at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and earned his BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.

Chantal Reid is the Accounts Payable Manager at Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for overseeing the payables department, ensuring payments are made timely and accurately. Additionally, she also manages the day-to-day tasks in the treasury dept including but not limited to; Account reconciliation, managing cashflow, maintain bank relationships, the creation and maintenance of bank accounts & all outgoing transactions.

Seanice Reynolds is an Assistant Property Manager at Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for assisting the property manager,  managing tenant and vendor invoices (AR/AP), monitoring AR collections, overseeing COI renewals, collecting annual budgetary bids, draft vendor contracts, ad-hoc requests, and providing essential support for the Midwest Property Management team. She is also responsible for the training and onboarding of new Property Administrators and Assistant Property Managers. Prior to Dalfen, Seanice worked as an Administrative Assistant and Property Accountant for a third-party commercial real estate firm.

Seanice earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from Wright State University.

Harrison Rudd is a Financial Analyst for the Capital Markets team at Dalfen Industrial. He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing new financings, as well as managing the firm’s existing debt portfolio, including financial analysis, preparing offering materials, lender marketing, due diligence, closing coordination, and maintaining lender relationships. Prior to joining Dalfen, Harrison served as a Capital Markets Analyst at a national retail development firm.

Harrison earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Finance and Supply Chain Management from Auburn University.

Yuning Shang is a Fund Accounting at Dalfen Industrial. He is responsible for the full cycle accounting of our real estate funds, including preparing financial statements, assisting with investor reporting, capital calls, and distributions, and supporting year-end close and audit processes. Prior to Dalfen, Yuning worked at State Street as a Private Equity Fund Accounting Associate.

Yuning holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Saint Francis Xavier University and a Master of Management in Finance from McGill University.

Sonal Sharma is the Payroll & Benefits Manager at Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for payroll processing and benefits management. She oversees various employee benefit plans, including health insurance, retirement savings, and wellness programs. Prior to joining Dalfen Industrial, Sonal worked at Southern Botanical and ADP as Senior Payroll Specialist.

Sonal earned a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Rajasthan and recently completed her Canadian Payroll Certification.

Taylor Simpson is Manager of Investor Relations at Dalfen Industrial. He is responsible for cultivating and maintaining investor confidence in the firm’s vision, strategy, and performance. His role includes managing investor communications and reporting, the preparation of marketing and fundraising materials, and supporting capital formation efforts. He also leads ongoing client service strategy and relationship management across the firm’s investor base. Prior to joining Dalfen Industrial, Taylor held a similar role at Parlay Resource Corp., an investment manager focused on real assets and related private markets.

Taylor holds both a BBA and an MBA from Southern Methodist University.

Will Smyrk is the Market Lead for Dalfen Industrial’s Southeast U.S. region. He oversees the Georgia market and is responsible for capital deployment strategy, deal sourcing, due diligence, and leasing across both industrial real estate and industrial outdoor storage. Prior to joining Dalfen, Will was an Investment Banking Associate at RBC Capital Markets in New York City. At RBC, Will advised and executed on ~$7 billion of closed M&A and ~$20 billion in Debt / Equity transaction volume.

Will earned his Master of Science in Finance and Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Florida.

Baron is an Analyst for Portfolio Management and the Central region Investment team at Dalfen Industrial. He is responsible for supporting the central region’s investment activities including deal sourcing and underwriting. He also supports portfolio management including disposition & recapitalization analysis, valuations, and overall portfolio performance analysis. Baron interned at Dalfen on the investments team as well as Sunbelt Rentals on the corporate development team.

Baron earned a BSBA in Finance & Real Estate from the University of South Carolina Honors College.

Desmond Taylor is an Investment Analyst for Dalfen Industrial’s Southeast region. He is responsible for deal sourcing, leasing, due diligence, and capital deployment strategies across both industrial real estate and industrial outdoor storage assets in the Southeast. Prior to joining Dalfen, Desmond was an Investment Banking Analyst at Newgate Capital Partners, where he focused on M&A advisory for lower middle-market industrial companies.

Desmond earned his BSBA in Finance from the University of Central Florida.

Jayson Verona is the Property Manager for Dalfen Industrial’s West Region. He is responsible for the oversight of operations and tenant relationships for properties in California, Utah, and Washington and those being turned over from development. Most recently, Jayson was the Property Manager for JLL where he assisted in managing over 5.5 million square feet of office and industrial real estate. Jayson has a proven track record of success in managing large portfolios of industrial and office properties.

Jayson graduated from the University of California, Chico with a Bachelor of Arts focused in Finance and a Master’s in Business Administration.

Jonique Walker is an Assistant Property Manager at Dalfen Industrial. She is responsible for assisting the property manager, managing tenant and vendor invoices (AR/AP), monitoring AR collections, overseeing COI renewals, collecting annual budgetary bids, draft vendor contracts, ad-hoc requests, and providing essential support for the Southeast Property Management team. Jonique has over eight years’ experience in the Property Management/ Leasing Administration role. Prior to joining Dalfen Industrial, Jonique was a Property Manager for four years with Regus (IWGPLC) in which she leased and maintained office suites. 

Jonique earned an Associates degree in Business Administration from Atlanta Technical College.

Kyle Weldon is Dalfen Industrial’s Investment Associate for the Central U.S. region. He is responsible for underwriting, deal sourcing, leasing, due diligence, and capital deployment strategies for both industrial real estate and industrial outdoor storage in Texas. Prior to joining Dalfen, Kyle was an Associate at Newmark specializing in Tenant Representation and Land Transactions.

Kyle earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Utah.

Gina is the Office Manager at Dalfen Industrial’s corporate office in Dallas, TX. She is responsible for overseeing daily office operations, event planning, schedule coordination, and marketing projects across all offices and departments. Prior to Dalfen, Gina worked as an Office Manager for a top-tier financial services firm and she has 20 years of recruiting experience.

Gina earned her Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing and Management from Abilene Christian University.

Joe Whittington is an Assistant Accounting Manager at Dalfen Industrial. He is responsible for overseeing the accurate delivery of financial reports and serving as the relationship liaison with external partners, regional Property Managers and other departments within the organization. Prior to Dalfen, Joe worked for Standish Real Estate Services as an Accounting Manager.

Min Xiao is a Property Accountant at Dalfen Industrial.
