Dalfen Industrial announced the signing of a ten-year lease with Amazon at Eastpoint Distribution Center, located at 8901 Forney Road, Dallas, TX.
Eastpoint Distribution Center consists of 419,626 square feet and is strategically located in East Dallas directly across from the Union Pacific Intermodal yard. Amazon occupied the entire facility on September 1st 2019. The property was previously occupied by Shippers, who recently vacated the premise in June.
