Superstition Commerce Park is situated in one of the fastest growing corridors in the US. The industrial park is within ~3 miles of Loop 202 and SR-60 and access to nearly a third of the metro can be accessed within a 30-minute drive time. It is also in close proximity to Mesa Gateway Airport.
The 63 acres were acquired in July 2022. Superstition Commerce Park was completed in Q2 2024.
