The Airport Logistics Center development will consist of 2 new, Class A distribution centers totaling 801,840 square feet. The property is located in Austin, Texas, southeast of the Austin-Bergstrom Airport. Building I is a 234,000 square foot. Building II is a 567,840 square foot facility. All buildings will be rear-load facilities with 36’ clear heights.

This property is located in the Southeast Austin industrial submarkets with great access to the airport as well as the Texas 130 toll road, SH-130, as well as Highways 71 and 183. The property is only six miles from downtown Austin. With the rapid influx of companies to the Austin area, the MSA is facing exponential population growth and increasing demand for industrial space.

The 92.02 acres of land for the Airport Logistics Center development was acquired by Dalfen in November 2020. This project is due to be completed in Q3 2024.
