Building 3 is a 342,196 square foot cross-dock facility with 60 dock doors and 4 drive-in doors. Building 4 is a 342,196 square foot cross-dock facility with 60 dock doors and 4 drive-in doors. Building 5 is a 649,398 square foot cross-dock facility with 108 dock doors and 4 drive-in doors. Buildings 3 & 4 will have 36’ clear height while Building 5 will have 40’ clear height.
This property is located in one of Dallas/Fort Worth’s strongest industrial submarkets with great access to the metro’s major thoroughfares such as I-635, I-20, and I-80. It is a mile from the Mesquite Airport, approximately 20 minutes away from downtown Dallas, and approximately 30 minutes from the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport as well as Dallas Love Field Airport.
The 54.7 acres of land for the Mesquite Airport development was acquired by Dalfen in December 2020. Phase I will be complete in Q4 2022 with Phase II’s scheduled completion being Q3 2023.
